Needs major work

I have the Playon subscription service and the app. I am lucky to get 50% of the recordings I set on the PC to actually reward. The support team has been good about tweaking different settings on my Windows 10 pc, I record straight to a Synology NAS with 20 TB available for recording but still have more failed recordings than success.

The biggest problem for me with the app which tends to have a higher success rate of recording is that you must select each individual episode to record, there should be an option to record the entire season, as well as to subscribe through the app. I also ding it very odd that you are limited to 720p definition on recordings. Fortunately my Synology NAS and Samsung UHD 4K tv do a nice job of upscaling when I stream on my network.

Decent start, but much work needed to make it much more user friendly.
